Healthy (ish) Dessert? YES,PLEASE!

I recently discovered the cottage cheese ice cream that went viral on Tik Tok!

I know I'm late to the party (per usual) but surely, I'm not alone on that.

I have been trying to get meal/ dessert ideas that help hit those protein goals.

When I came across this simple recipe I immediately did a screen shot and saved it

until i went to the store.

With only 4 ingredients its easy to remember without the screenshot.

All you need is:

1 cup cottage cheese

2 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 cup strawberries

2 graham crackers

Take the cottage cheese, strawberries, and maple syrup and blend until smooth.

After the mixture is in a container, mix in the graham crackers and put in freezer 2-3 hours for

good consistency. If its completely frozen solid you will want to let sit in room temperature for about 15 minutes to soften.

While this was so good, the options are endless with using different fruits and berries, as well as peanut butter and chocolate chips. My kids and husband even loved it!
